Roast Beef With Pepper and Vinegar Sauce Over Soppes

Roast up a section of beef (you can find the recipie in any cookbook) Arrange soppes on plate.

 

Pepper and Vinegar Sauce

Mix two parts vinegar to one part wine, add pepper and ginger to taste. Simmer. Thicken with breadcrumbs. Correct the seasoning with more wine or vinegar before serving.
